Masai Mara trip was great

Just got back from the Masai Mara Safari. Everything went super smoothly. The guides were cool, and we saw so much wildlife. Really happy with how it turned out. Booked it online a few months ago.

Good value for Nairobi tour

I was looking for something affordable for a few days in Nairobi and found their Nairobi City Tour, which included the Elephant Orphanage and Giraffe Centre. The price was really fair, especially compared to others I saw. It wasn't the cheapest, but the inclusions made it a good deal. They had a small discount for booking a package, which helped. It felt like I got my money's worth for sure. The pick-up was on time too.

Reliable for safaris

This was my third time using Anika Afrika Safaris, previously for Amboseli and Tsavo. This time I went for the Samburu Game Reserve Trip. Like before, they were super reliable. The vehicles were clean, the drivers knew their stuff, and the accommodation was always decent. I keep coming back because their itineraries are well-planned, and I don't have to worry about anything once I've booked. Prices have stayed pretty consistent too. Had one small mix-up with a lunch stop on day two, but it was sorted out fast. Glad I chose them again.

Good package, delivery good

I booked the Maldives Island Getaway package back in March for a trip in June. The booking process was straightforward on their website, and I received a confirmation email within an hour. I had a question about flight connections, so I used their online chat support, and they responded quickly, like within 15 minutes, with helpful info. The actual trip itself was exactly as described, all the hotel and transfer bookings were accurate. No surprises, which is good for travel. Everything was organized well.

Hey, wondering if Anika Afrika is legit. Saw some cool packages but haven't heard much about them. Anyone used them before?

N Nick Kim 1 month ago
Yeah, they're legit. Booked a trip to Tsavo with them last year, everything went smoothly.

They're a real company, based in Kenya. My friend went on a safari with them and had no issues.

Thinking of a last-minute safari. Do these guys ever have deals for that, or is it better to book super early?

C Cleo W. 1 month ago
They sometimes have 'last minute safari deals' but it's not guaranteed. Early bird usually gets the better offers.

You might get lucky! I've seen some last-minute things pop up, but the big discounts are usually for booking way in advance.

Are there ever any promo codes or something to get a discount? Or is it more about specific deals they run?

J Julia 1 month ago
They don't really do promo codes like other online stores. It's more about their seasonal offers and package deals, especially for early bookings.

G Gwen 1 month ago
Nah, forget coupon codes. Look for their holiday specials or early bird stuff. That's where the discounts usually are, like 5-15% off.

Do their safari prices usually include park entry fees? Trying to figure out the total cost for a Masai Mara trip.

M Mia Whitfield 2 weeks ago
From my experience, yes, park fees are typically included in their safari quotes. It's usually all-inclusive except for personal expenses.

Pretty sure they do. Always worth double-checking the specific package details, but that's standard for most safaris they offer.

How do you actually pay for these trips? Is it just bank transfer or do they take cards?

M Mia 2 weeks ago
They accept different methods. Bank transfer is definitely one, but I think they do cards too.

Pretty sure they take credit cards. I paid for my Diani trip online, can't remember exactly but it wasn't complicated.

Comparing Anika Afrika Safaris to Bonfire Adventures for a trip to Amboseli. Anyone got thoughts on which is better?

S Sophie 1 month ago
I went with Anika Afrika for Amboseli and it was great. Vehicles were good, guides knowledgeable. Can't speak for Bonfire though.

Both are pretty popular. I think Anika Afrika customizes more easily if you have specific requests, but Bonfire is also well-known. Depends on the specific package you're looking at, I guess.
